Location: Hounslow Role: Drama Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).

· Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Performing Arts to share best practice and enhance the Drama curriculum.

· Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama.

· Direct and support school drama productions and extracurricular drama clubs.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

· Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.

· Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).

· Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Drama.

· A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Drama
