Oversee all site activities including:
Groundworks and piling
Superstructure/frame erection
Fire stopping and fire strategy compliance
Rainscreen cladding, windows, roofing, and metsec systems
Full internal fit-out works

Manage a team of 2 (1 Assistant Site Manager and 1 Graduate Site Manager)
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth sequencing of trades
Maintain site quality assurance and snag-free delivery standards
Report progress, risks, and issues directly to the Project Manager
Drive programme to ensure timely delivery
