Trust Housing Association Ltd has an exciting opportunity for Care&Support Workers (HCW)- Older People to join our team in Glasgow, Calton. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £9.87 - £10.25 per hour.

- 19.75 – 21.5 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota between 8am&10pm

About our Care&Support Workers (HCW)- Older People role:
Here at Trust we are dedicated to making a real difference in caring and supporting people in their everyday lives.
We are looking for a Care&Support Worker on a temporary basis cover 21.5 hrs weekly for 1 year and also have a permanent role working 19.75 hours per week.
You will be working with the tenants, to ensure they are managing tasks within their daily life including homecare support, personal care, and helping to promote a positive, active healthy lifestyle.
Here at Calton, we support tenants with a variety of different care needs, some will have physical and/or learning difficulties, limited verbal communication and brain related illnesses.

What we’re looking for in our Care&Support Workers (HCW)- Older People:
What matters most is that you have positive values and attitude. Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health&Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and assist with your ongoing continued personal development.
