Export Freight Administrator - Job Type: Part Time (20 hours per week)

We are seeking an Export Administrator to manage and facilitate the export process for our UK and international customers. This role involves preparing and processing essential export documentation, liaising with couriers and freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
Day-to-day of the role: - Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, customs documents, and movement certificates for UK and international customers.
- Process all export documentation for sea freight, including bills of lading.
- Liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to arrange transport of commercial shipments/despatches and ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements.
- Communicate directly with customers to confirm orders, shipment details, and resolve any issues, logistical queries, or delays.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support the Management team with general administrative tasks and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in an export or logistics coordination role.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and customs regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using logistics and shipment management software.
