Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Cheshire (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 4 Days)

I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Nantwich, who are looking to expand their residential property team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload from instruction to completion, and who is looking to join a friendly, supportive and client-focused team. The firm has a strong reputation locally and prides itself on offering city-level service with a personable, down-to-earth approach.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction
• Carrying out title checks, raising enquiries, and reviewing searches
• Preparing completion statements and handling post-completion matters
• Providing high levels of client care and building long-term relationships with local clients and referrers

About you:

• You'll be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A client-focused approach with a desire to provide a high-quality and efficient service
• Based within commutable distance of Nantwich, as this is an office-based role
