Job Title: Business Sales Advisor
Location: Rochdale
Pay: £13.84 per hour

Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Shifts:
* 8:00 - 16:00
* 9:00 - 17:00
* 10:00 - 18:00
Overtime available. Work from home options may be offered based on performance after training.
The Role
You will work as a B2B Client Success Advisor, contacting an existing base of business customers to discuss and sell broadband services.
This role focuses on outbound calls to warm clients. You will speak with businesses that already have a relationship with the company. Your job is to strengthen that relationship while identifying opportunities to upgrade or add broadband services.
The role is fully on-site in Rochdale during the temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing business customers
- Discuss current broadband services and identify upgrade opportunities
- Promote additional broadband packages and services
- Build strong relationships with business clients
- Record call outcomes and update internal systems
- Meet call activity and sales targets
- Handle questions from clients and provide clear product information
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, or contact centre roles
- Confidence speaking with businesses over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working to call and sales targets
- Basic IT skills and experience updating systems
- Reliable and organised approach to work
