Location: Egham
Woking Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm, half hour lunch) - Hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office once the probationary period is completed.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (DOE) + benefits
Are you a highly organised, proactive administrator looking to take your next step into a dynamic, technical environment?
We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Administrator to join a growing Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced department supporting exciting technical projects across the UK and Europe.
Working closely with the team, you'll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly - from coordinating travel to keeping project activities updated and supporting daily team operations.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting a busy team with key admin tasks and day-to-day coordination
* Booking travel and accommodation (flights, hotels, car hire etc.)
* Helping to maintain and update internal project and forecasting reports
* Assisting with basic resource planning and scheduling
* Supporting communications, including quote requests and contact list updates
* General administrative support across the department
What we're looking for:
* Previous admin experience
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
* A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities
* Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
Bonus if you have:
* Experience supporting technical or engineering teams
* An understanding of project environments or project admin
* Experience coordinating travel or supporting multiple team members simultaneously
