OTE 40k+

Base salary £25k + 5k Car Allowance & Sales Commission

The Role

Working within your designated region and reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, this is a field- based role with a focus on attracting new business and managing the existing relationships by account managing, cross selling and merchandising. You will have exclusivity in your own territory calling on independent retailers. Working with a wide range of retail stores you will build strong working relationships, with new and existing customers. Full product training is provided with this role. This role is home based and includes travel within your region. Occasional visits to HQ in the North West may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Visiting new and potential customers offering and selling products into the retail industry and stores
Existing account management/ developing existing customer accounts.
Drive availability and development of the brand/prospect for new customers
Work closely with the team to help drive the availability and distribution of the product.
Work to understand the changing and evolving marketplace within your territory and feedback to ensure the company are ahead of competitors
To maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are achieved,
To understand competitor sets and share learning with the field sales executives.

Essential Criteria

Experience of working in a customer facing business sales environment and generating new business.
Experience of working in a target driven environment.
Positive outlook, with the ability to be tenacious and resilient within a competitive sales market.
Confident dealing with objections.
Able to act a brand ambassador taking ownership of company and product knowledge and providing excellent levels of sales and service at all times.
Ability to travel across your regional daily
A Full UK Driving License
