Our esteemed facilities management client requires an Electrician to become part of their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a dynamic team of engineers that operate across Edinburgh and the East on a mobile basis. The Electrician will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial premises.

Applications are invited from Electricians who have prior experience in the facilities management or building services industry and possess a skillset for delivering outstanding customer service in client-facing environments.

The successful Electrician will receive:

The Electrician will be responsible for:

Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance work on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical systems.
Retaining accurate records of work carried out using the company's computerised maintenance management system.
Complying to the highest standards of health and safety.
Liaising with customers to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.

The Electrician must have:

Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
17th or 18th edition qualification.
Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services.
Full UK driving license.
