Based on our growth, Our company is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Professional who will focus primarily on existing and new business development and support customer account management for a territory in our Ann Arbor, and Detroit Locations. (Minimal overnight travel required).

The “Right" Territory Sales Representative will bring proven sales experience in a territory sales role that requires proven success in prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new business opportunities through existing customer accounts in a targeted market/territory. The “right” person will be motivated by a performance-based compensation model, experience working independently in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment, and exhibit proven success selling and closing new business opportunities in a manufacturing environment.
Results-oriented, self-directed individual with a strong technical aptitude, strong communication skills and the ability to qualify customer needs and retain and grow accounts for new business is required. Proven experience in territory management, new business development and customer retention are primary factors for success.
- Customer Account Mining & Retention - Requires supporting, mining for new business, managing, retaining, and developing existing customer accounts to support current project efforts, assure customer expectations are met and develop new business opportunities.
- Must be an Early bird getting out in the field early to meet with maintenance and facilities personnel.
Additional Experience... Prior industry-related sales experience in manufacturing including but not limited to: Filtration products, commodity type industrial products, technical product sales or applications are a plus.
