A Special School in Reigate are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis from September 2025.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the life of a pupil with a multi-sensory impairment, supporting them to access learning and communication in a tailored and supportive environment.

About the Role:

We currently have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to work as part of a collaborative team, supporting a specific pupil with complex sensory needs. The role is split into:

50% Level 1 Teaching Assistant: Supporting classroom-based learning across the curriculum.

*

50% Intervenor role: Providing specialist 1:1 support to facilitate access, communication, and engagement for a pupil with multi-sensory impairment.

This is a rewarding role that requires commitment, empathy, and a willingness to learn and adapt to meet individual needs.

A caring and resilient individual, ideally with experience in SEN or multi-sensory settings (though training can be provided)
