Principal Mechanical Engineers Required 🆕

True are working with a globally respected, multi-disciplinary engineering and project management consultant, backed by a major international real estate and investment group. Their teams deliver technically challenging engineering projects across hyperscale data centres, infrastructure, and real estate, providing mechanical engineering and commercial oversight from concept through to completion.

They're looking to make a senior appointment to support the Associate Director, who has successfully doubled the size of their northern design function this year. A growth target is in place to reach 20+ members, being achieved in an organic and sustainable way. You'll lead engineering projects, manage a mechanical design team, advise clients, and help shape and build the team's culture, all while working in a modern, collaborative office environment.

Salary: £70-80K + benefits
