With a strong reputation for delivering a personal, high-quality service, the business prides itself on its close-knit team culture and long-standing client relationships.The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Charge Accountant to join a growing team. This role will take ownership of a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use developments, ensuring accurate and timely service charge accounting and reporting.Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of service charge budgets and year-end accounts
• Reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure
• Liaising with auditors, property managers, and clients
• Producing financial reports and variance analyses
• Managing and mentoring junior team members where required
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice

About You

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in service charge accounting
• Strong working knowledge of QUBE property management software (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently
