Job Title: Student Teacher / Trainee Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Student Teachers currently undertaking teacher training who are eager to gain hands-on classroom experience. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills and confidence while working in a supportive school environment.
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Year 6, gaining valuable exposure to different teaching settings and age groups.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
• Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to support learning
• Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support & Development:

• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
• Opportunities to gain valuable classroom experience across EYFS to Year 6
• Guidance to help you progress in your teaching career

Requirements:

• Currently undertaking a teacher training course
• Passion for education and supporting young learners
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt and work across different year groups

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) applicants are also welcome to apply
