Pay rate to £36 per hour 
Contract role - Transitions team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult's Social Worker in the Crewe area. 
This is to work in a Transitions team 

We assess all young people who are deemed to have need for care and support post 18 and who have an education health care plan (EHCP). 
The worker should have knowledge of the care act, be able to competently complete assessments, support planning, mental capacity assessments, best interest decisions and possible court work.
