Salary: £39,000 - £45,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience

The Opportunity

Glazing Renovations (GR) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Glazing Vision, it is the group's dedicated installation and servicing department. We specialise in complex, high-end glazing installations, and the successful delivery of our projects on time and to budget is mission critical. We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of the project lifecycle, expertly navigating complex site conditions, managing subcontractors, and resolving issues to ensure seamless, profitable completion. This role is essential to our continued reputation for quality and reliability.

The Role: Deliver Projects. On Time. On Budget.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple glazing installation projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Leadership: Take ownership of all assigned projects from contract award through to final handover.

* Time & Budget Control: Rigorously monitor project timelines and financial performance, proactively addressing any delays or cost overruns to ensure delivery is on time and within budget.

* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, main contractors, sub-contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear, professional communication and immediate resolution of site issues and disputes.

* Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage potential risks related to site access, permits, logistics, and supply chain delays to maintain project momentum.

* Quality & Compliance: Oversee all installation activities, ensuring the highest quality standards, compliance with specifications, and timely submission of all required documentation (e.g., guarantees, completion certificates).

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a high-calibre professional with a proven track record in project management within the construction or specialist sub-contracting sector.

* Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the construction, glazing, or a related complex manufacturing/installation environment.

* Proven ability to deliver projects consistently on time and to budget.

* Expertise in managing sub-contractors, procurement, and contract adherence.

* Exceptional problem-solving skills with a decisive and calm approach under pressure.

* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

* A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM) is highly desirable.
