This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join a thriving team and take the lead on property valuations in the Mansfield area.
Local knowledge is essential - we're looking for someone who knows the Mansfield property market inside out and can confidently win instructions by providing expert, market-led advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct all property valuations for the branch
 Win new instructions by building trust and demonstrating local expertise
 Work directly with vendors to provide accurate and honest market advice
Stay up to date with local trends, using comparable evidence to support valuations
Represent the brand professionally and uphold excellent customer service standards 
Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in Estate Agency is essential
A strong understanding of the Mansfield property market is a must
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
