SuccessFactors Technical Product Lead - Contract Type: Temp (6 – 8 months)
- Rate: £400.00 - £500.00 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella)
- Location: London W12 Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office)
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Our client a national corporation are seeking a SuccessFactors Technical Product Lead to manage and deliver significant changes within their HR systems. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the LMS module, and the ability to lead multiple large projects and suppliers simultaneously.
Day-to-day of the role: - Stakeholder / supplier engagement using already complete roadmap
- Manage the day-to-day change delivery within your assigned area.
- Quickly address and resolve problems, supporting incidents as they arise.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to various levels of the organisation using diverse styles, tools, and techniques.
- Implement technology changes by understanding organisational processes.
- Manage SuccessFactors platform changes such as HRIS Sync and People Profile.
- Ensure the security, access, and authorisations are appropriately managed.
- Provide high-quality service in a demanding customer service environment.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SF configuration management and integration changes including middleware.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Technical and functional experience with SuccessFactors LMS module, platform, and integration.
- Knowledge of HR products, processes, and the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to lead discussions and presentations with senior leaders.
- Skilled in delivering roadmaps and business cases.
- Experienced in change and incident management.
- Ability to challenge requirements and technical solutions effectively.
- SAP SuccessFactors accreditation is a must.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and principles of service support and delivery.
- Proven experience in relationship management at senior levels.
