About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support students in both one-to-one and small group settings. You'll help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment and provide vital academic and emotional support to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with their learning in a range of subjects
Assist with the delivery of targeted interventions for students with SEND or additional needs.
Promote positive behaviour and help manage classroom routines.
Build strong relationships with students to encourage confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff to ensure all pupils reach their potential.To be considered for this role, we will need -
