An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead within the Community CAMHS Team in the North Yorkshire locality. We are seeking a new Team Manager for Northallerton Team at Brompton House; the successful applicant will join the Team to lead our busy and diverse team. There will be some time in the post for the successful candidate to work clinically alongside the team.

We are looking for an experienced clinician with operational and clinical management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. You will be a natural leader and a team player, who is committed to promoting excellent quality of care within a patient centred service. You will be able to foster strong relationships with clinical colleagues and drive through cultural change within the workforce.

We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.
