We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dual Registered Manager to lead two children's residential homes in Leyland, Lancashire. Both homes support young people aged 7-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to shape services, support staff teams, and ensure outstanding outcomes for the children and young people in our care.

What we're looking for:

• Already submitted or ready to submit SC2 registration (ideally someone who has handed in their notice and can start soon)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential care standards
• Proven track record of managing or deputy managing EBD homes
• Ability to inspire and support staff teams
