About the Role:

This is a wonderful opportunity to teach a delightful Year 3 class with a broad range of abilities. The class includes one child with behavioural needs who will be supported by a dedicated teaching assistant. We are therefore looking for a teacher who has:

• Proven experience supporting behaviour and SEND needs.
• The confidence and skill to effectively direct additional adults in the classroom.
• High expectations to enable every pupil to flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
• Set meaningful homework and deliver targeted interventions to help children consolidate skills.
• Foster a nurturing classroom culture rooted in the school’s ethos and shared values.
• Contribute positively to school life and model professionalism at all times.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2.
• Skilled in adapting provision to meet a range of needs, including behaviour support.
• Committed to high standards, inclusivity, and child-centred learning.
• A team player who can inspire colleagues and support our mission.
