Pricing & Financial Analysis (Hybrid Once Trained) Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Axon Moore is recruiting on behalf of a property development company in Harrogate. We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the team with pricing, financial analysis, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

Help set rental prices and operating costs for new projects
Build and maintain financial models
Research the property market and provide updates on rental levels and occupancy
Review past models and explain differences
Support the wider team and keep records updated in the CRM system
Skills & Experience

Strong Excel skills (essential) to advance level - macros, modelling, designing templates
Good financial and analytical ability
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
