Apex Systems has an end usersupport analyst positionavailable in Des Plaines, IL.This is a long term contract position (12 - 18 months) w/ the possibility for permanent conversion/extension.

Role: End User Support
Location: Des Plaines, IL -Must have a reliable vehicle
Duration: Long term contract (12 - 18 months) w/ possibility for permanent conversion/extension
Shifts: Must be open to all shifts (morning/afternoon/overnight), weekends/holidays as well (24X7X365)

Description: Phone analysts with desktop/help desk experience. Must be proficient in MS Operating systems Window7, Window10 and have prior experience in enterprise trouble ticketing systems. Pleasant phone voice and phone manners essential. Excellent listening and writing skills. Must be able to work any shift (days/afternoons/overnight) and weekends/ holidays as shift rotation requires.

Tasks to be performed: Answer phone. Create trouble tickets. Escalate tickets if needed, or solved completely by following knowledge documents instructions. Review and give feedback on knowledge documents. Maintain performance metrics.

• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen if an offer is made
