Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team. This is a full-time permanent role with a negotiable salary and performance-related bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Recruit, manage a team of care staff
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary training and support
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Create and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client
Monitor and review the quality of care provided, making improvements where necessary
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the serviceRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and implementing care plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareBenefits:
