Operations Coordinator

Hybrid (some travel to Nottingham office)

Working Hours: Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, 7 days a week

*This role has a rotational shift pattern shared with the wider team, you must be available for all shifts in the rota between 7am and 10pm Monday-Sunday*

We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a problem-solving environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimising the performance of a fleet of gas-powered generators. You will:

* Monitor systems and tools to track performance and identify issues

* Manage and oversee operational activity across multiple assets

* Investigate and resolve availability or performance issues

* Carry out daily root cause analysis and reporting

* Produce and maintain operational reports against targets

* Work closely with Service, Engineering, and Management teams to drive performance improvements

Skills & Experience

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

* Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

* Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement

* Experience working with Excel to manipulate data

What's on Offer

* Competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum with a bonus scheme of up to 30%, paid three times per year (subject to performance)
