An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Caretaker based in Birmingham area. This position is full time hours, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month possibility of going permanent.

The hourly rate will be roughly £17-£18 per hour through an Umbrella Company

Responsibilities:

* Assisting tradespeople carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance

* Flushing of water systems

* Plant Room Checks

* Fire Alarm Testing and Checks

* DIY and minor Maintenance Tasks
