RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic manufacturing business in Littleborough who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to support group accounting and controlling. The role is a hands-on role and you will join a medium sized finance team, have 3 direct reports and report into the Finance Director.

Role Responsibilities
- To support managing and overseeing the group financial accounts and controls
- Prepare financial statements, management reports and supporting documentation
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
- Maintained fixed asset register
- Be a key contact for auditors and other external parties
- Continued training and development of the accounts team
- Report back into the Financial Director and Managing director
Person Specification
- Fully CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar finance/accounts role
- Experience of managing a small team and having direct reports
- Strong IT and systems experience, including strong MS Excel skills
