We are currently recruiting on behalf of a college based in Melton Mowbray who require short-term support from an experienced Agriculture Lecturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated professional to support learners and deliver high-quality teaching within the Further Education sector.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver Apprentice General Farm Worker training
• Teach Agriculture at Level 2–3 within the FE curriculum
• Apply expertise in agriculture, livestock, crops, machinery, or general farm practice
• Support and motivate learners to develop their vocational skills
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment

Previous teaching experience is essential, along with a DBS on the Update Service.Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered for this assignment, which is expected to run for approximately 1–3 months.
