For our client, the world’s largest e-commerce company, we are filling the following position with immediate effect:

Senior Program & Community Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Design and management of strategic developer programs, including internal and external events 

• Coordination of cross-functional projects to scale Developer Advocate activities 

• Development and maintenance of program dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure success 

• Implementation of efficient processes and automations to improve content workflows 

• Establishment and support of user groups in the subregion (EMEA), including community growth strategy 

• Organization and support of Community Days and other community-driven events 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a technical environment 

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or community-focused role

• Proven track record in managing complex programs and collaborating with diverse stakeholders 

• Strong data analysis skills and experience using KPIs to drive improvements 

• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, JIRA, Salesforce, or digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Qualtrics) 

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EMEA languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus
