🔍 About the Role:

Adecco is proud to be working in partnership with Dorset Police, recruiting for a Resourcing Administrator to join the Alliance People Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive, and professional team that delivers key recruitment and workforce planning services to both Dorset Police and Devon & Cornwall Police.

You'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external queries, and ensuring all resourcing activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from candidates and internal stakeholders

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, Teams, and e-recruitment platforms

Provide accurate advice in line with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations

Support all stages of the recruitment and selection process, including:

Coordinating adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and assessments

Preparing contractual documents

Liaising with hiring managers and candidates

Maintain accurate and secure records in line with data protection regulations

Assist in collecting biometric and drug test samples during pre-employment checks

Attend and support recruitment and careers events on behalf of Dorset Police

Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting the production of resourcing data and MI reports

Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning bespoke internal systems
