Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and supportive Teaching Assistant to join the school from April 2026. You will be working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting learning in the classroom and providing targeted intervention to help pupils reach their full potential. You will:

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required
• Assist pupils with additional needs
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN teams, and pastoral staff

This position is guaranteed for the remainder of the academic year, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract for the right person.What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with children or young people
• A calm, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A genuine passion for education and pupil development
