Parts Sales Adviser - Do you have experience in working within an automotive parts department? Do you have a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills? If so, Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading supplier of power steering, hydraulic and precision engineered products who are looking for a Parts Sales Adviser to join their team based inNorth Walsham, Norfolk.

Competitive Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum depending on experience.
Holiday: 33 days annual leave per year including bank holidays!
Hours: Full time role working 41.5 per week, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.

About the role

As the Parts Sales Adviser you will report to the Remanufacturing Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with real potential for progression within the company. The main purpose of this role is to help within the Parts and Service department, to assist with customer enquiries, to promote and sell products to new and existing customers, and to provide administrative support.

Key duties include:

Building strong relationships with customers and assisting with customer enquiries, both over the phone and via email.
Accurately identifying vehicle part needs for customers, both through internal systems and part lookup software.
Liaising with transport companies to track and expedite delayed shipments, processing shipping paperwork for all aftermarket consignments.
Processing customer invoices and credit notes.
Assisting the warehouse with packing orders for despatch

About you:

As the ideal Parts Sales Adviser, you will ideally have experience in a similar role in an automotive parts department, but full training can be provided for the right candidate. It is essential that you have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to solve problems and a keen attention to detail and accuracy. You will be fully computer literate, with good administration skills.  Most importantly you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
