Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management company, providing high-quality maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial sites in London. This is a mobile role requiring travel between client locations, ensuring plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple sites.

* Diagnose and repair faults in pipework, drainage, and water systems.

* Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures and fittings.

* Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure minimal disruption to client operations.

* Liaise with site managers and FM teams to ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.

* Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance.

* Full UK driving licence (essential).

* CSCS card (desirable).

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
