CNC Programmer Permanent Role

Location: Crewkerne Salary: £45,758 (inc. shift allowance)

Shifts: Rotating (6am-2pm Mon-Fri / 2pm-12am Mon-Thurs)

What You'll Be Doing

* Setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components

* Programming or editing CNC programmes (Citizen machines)

* Monitoring performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

* Working to tight tolerances with a strong focus on detail

* Collaborating with production teams to meet and exceed targets

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Fanuc / G-Code)

* Experience with Citizen machines is essential

* Ability to set machines independently and work to fine tolerances

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

* A reliable team player with a solid work ethic
