RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCERESSEX, ESSEX£35,000 - £50,000QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Essex.We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 2 to 5 years.The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity
