SEMH LSA- Primary School in Portsmouth

A 'Good' Primary School with Outstanding features in Portsmouth are looking for a LSA to work with a children with SEMH to start ASAP.

The school is a vibrant & popular Primary School, in their most recent Ofsted inspection they were graded a 'Good' School with Outstanding features.

The role is to start ASAP all the way through to July. To be considered for this role you must have experience of working with children with complex needs and be extremely resilient.  

The responsibilities will include supporting children's learning and development inside and outside of the classroom, holding 1:1 and small group intervention sessions, 1:1 reading intervention and generally promoting and encouraging good behaviour.  

The minimum requirements for this Teaching Assistant role are:-

Have the right to work in the UK
2 Years' worth of references
A current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
