Direct Sales Agent
Location: Sheffield (S35 area)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + commission
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and motivated Direct Sales Agent to join a professional and expanding sales team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face engagement.

You will be responsible for generating new business by promoting products and services directly to customers in both residential and commercial environments. This is a consultative sales role, ideal for a confident individual who thrives on meeting targets and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through direct field sales

Explain product and service offerings clearly and effectively

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets

Generate leads, follow up enquiries and close sales

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Represent the brand professionally and uphold high standards

Provide a positive and informative customer journey

Report feedback and insights to the wider team

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in direct sales, field sales or face-to-face customer roles

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to exceed targets

Resilient, adaptable and energetic approach to work

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable and professional presentation

Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
