Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school in Farnborough as soon as possible.

About the Role

Provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them access learning and develop positive coping strategies.
Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to implement individual education plans.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to promote engagement and emotional wellbeing.
Assist in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children with SEMH or in SEN settings - highly desirable.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
