We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor.

To fulfil the requirements of this role the individual will have experience in and be required to:

* Suppport the Head of Department, and manage their own caseload;

* Liaise with clients/solicitors/Land Registry/Accountants/Estate Agents

* Exchange Contracts; Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns (SDLT)

* Create and amend documentation;

* Make appointments and general diary management

* Assist in the day to day running of the department;

* Deal with Freehold and Leasehold purchases and Sales in high volume covering clients nationwide;

* Attend departmental meetings and training courses

* Assist all departments with internal enquiries

* Train and support staff development

It is essential for this role that you can demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism at all times and have a true understanding of the values,policies and procedures Willsons work to.
