Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

A growing recruitment business is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years' experience and a passion for business development. If you're confident building your own desk, winning clients, and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment — this role gives you the freedom (and commission) to thrive.

The Role

* Win new clients through proactive business development

* Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline

* Run the full 360 recruitment process

* Match candidates to roles quickly and accurately

* Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates

* Hit KPIs and drive your billings

About You

* 2+ years' experience as a 360 recruiter with proven billings

* Confident in winning and growing accounts

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles at once

* Resilient, proactive and target‑driven

* CRM/job boards experience is beneficial
