💰 Pay Rate
£17.67 - £21.31 per hour (depending on experience)
🕒 Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30
Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
📋 Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, purchasing and manufacturing teams
Coordinate schedules and allocate resources to meet customer and client demand
Compare incoming orders with raw material inventory and forecast supply requirements
Integrate sales orders with the master production schedule
Maintain and update distribution and production schedules
Organise and manage forecasting meetings with sales, operations and project teams
Create and distribute daily production schedules to relevant staff
Monitor production output to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Collaborate with the Quality Coordinator to ensure product specifications meet expectations
Track and communicate production progress and weekly project updates
Prepare reports and recommend actions to optimise supply chain performance
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and identify solutions to operational issues
✅ Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of production planning systems (MRP)
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation, analytical and critical thinking abilities
Thorough understanding of business operations and supply chain processes
