SEN Teacher
Location: Mansfield
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025
Daily Rate: £150-£230 (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Teach Match is currently supporting a specialist school in Mansfield in their search for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to work with pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and complex learning difficulties.
The Role
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the needs of individual learners
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leadership
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Adapt teaching styles and resources to suit EHCP outcomes and learning styles
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in an SEN or alternative provision setting
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable and neurodiverse young people
