We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Super Prime Residential Site Manager to oversee the development and construction of high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury residential projects from conception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of super prime residential projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.

Team Leadership: Direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient and effective collaboration and coordination.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that expenditures are in line with approved budgets.

Schedule Adherence: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and proactively address any delays or issues to ensure timely completion.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
