Key Requirements:

• Sufficient post-qualification experience on UK-based projects

• Strong technical background with excellent knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety compliance

• Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

• Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations and modern construction techniques

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage and coordinate workloads effectively

• Team player with the resilience to work to deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist technical support and guidance to architects across the practice

• Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation for all project stages

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building standards, and health & safety requirements

• Collaborate closely with design teams to deliver award-winning projects with creativity and precision

• Apply advanced Revit expertise to support efficient project coordination and delivery
