Security Service Engineer

Location - North East of England

Salary - £32k - £38k DOE + Company Vehicle / Overtime paid

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Security Service Engineer to join our clients growing team to support them across the North East of England

You will install, maintain, and service intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems - delivering top-notch work with a focus on customer satisfaction. You'll manage your own workload, diagnose faults, and keep systems running smoothly in line with all standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Service and install a variety of security systems (IDS - Galaxy, IP CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control)

* Diagnose and fix faults quickly and effectively

* Provide expert advice and excellent customer service

* Take part in our standby/call-out rota

The ideal candidate will need:

* 3+ years' experience in security or electrical systems

* Strong skills in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

* A full UK driving licence

* A "can-do" attitude and a passion for problem-solving
