Senior Social WorkerNurture Fostering are   looking to recruit a Senior  Social Worker who can join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in Lewisham,  Southeast London.  This is a permanent full-time role, and an opportunity to work with a small independent family-owned fostering agency. • Ongoing training and support offered to all Social Workers

• low caseload - 10 foster carers

Responsibilities of the Senior Supervising Social Worker:

• To support and supervise  3 social workers
• To hold a small caseload of 3-5 foster cares.
• Training and development will be provided in order that the Senior Social Worker can step up and take the lead in investigations and referrals to third parties.
• Support and encourage NQSW

Requirements:

• A Social Work Qualification
• Registration with social work England
• Experience in Fostering or as a Local Authority Child Social Worker
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a practicing social worker
• Ideally you will hold a driving licence
