Join a growing team in Brislington as a Production Operative / Forklift Driver! This is a full-time, long-term role with excellent pay progression and opportunities for development.

The Role:
Safely moving gas canisters around the yard and production areas

Operating a counterbalance forklift truck

Supporting team members with production tasks

Manual handling of heavy equipment and materials

Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times

Shift Pattern:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00

Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

After 6 months: Move to permanent night shift - 22:00 - 06:00

Salary:
£29,500 per year while on day shifts (rotating early/late)

Increases to £39,500 per year upon moving to the night shift after 6 months

What We're Looking For:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)

Previous experience in an industrial, production, or yard environment

Comfortable with physically demanding, manual handling work

Team player with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset

Flexibility to work rotating shifts and transition to nights long-term
