Fire & Security Installation & Commissioning Engineer – London & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer specialising in Installation and Commissioning to join their expanding team. The role offers the chance to work on varied commercial projects, using leading technologies and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of fire and security systems across residential & commercial premises
• Working on new system setups and ensuring full operational functionality
• Accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards
• Customer-facing handover and technical explanation of systems

Experience Required

• Solid hands-on experience with:
• EVAC Systems, Voice Alarm, Disabled Refuge, Fire Alarm, AOV, Access Control, Video Entry & CCTV
• Addressable and conventional fire alarm systems (Hochiki & Apollo)
• AOV & smoke extract systems
• Access & video entry systems
• IP CCTV systems

Manufacturers Knowledge

Familiarity with a wide range of manufacturers is expected, including but not limited to:

• Fire Alarm Panels: Advanced, Morley, Kentec, Gent, Protec, C-Tec
• AOV & Smoke Control: SE Controls, Sertus, Teal
• Access & Entry: BPT, Entrotec, Paxton, Comelit, CAME, Videx
• CCTV: Hikvision, Axis, Hanwha
