Programme Manager - Tuition Partners

The Programme Manager will oversee the engagement and management of Tuition Partners under the Open Access programme as well as our marketing and sales programme into schools. The Programme Manager will be responsible for meeting KPIs around supplier coverage and engagement, (managing the supply chain partners and account managers) as well as the successful delivery of 524,000 x 15 hour blocks of tuition services

● Lead a team of supply chain partners and account managers to deliver the targets and standards set for the tuition partners pillar of the NTP

● Responsible for establishing key stakeholder relationships with our tuition partners to ensure our suppliers are correctly structured and the right level of coverage is across all NTP local authority districts

● working in close partnership at all times to achieve the programme targets and KPIs

● Drive and enthuse a high performance culture: building team capability through KPIs/targets, diversity and great conversations to exceed short and long term goals

● Lead, inspire and direct your team to deliver on the programme

● Secure new starters and maximise their speed to productivity within their role

● Ensure the health, safety and well being of all employees
